Click "Get started" on the homepage and sign up with your email address. You'll be guided through adding your first pet during onboarding, it takes less than two minutes.

Yes. Petsly supports multiple pets on a single account. Each pet gets their own profile with separate records, health history, and reminders.

How do I add a vaccination record?

Open your pet's profile, navigate to Vaccinations, and tap "Add record". You can enter the vaccine name, date administered, batch number, and next due date. Petsly will remind you automatically when the booster is approaching.

Can my vet see my pet's records?

You can share a read-only summary of your pet's records with your vet directly from the app. No account required on their side.

How do I upload documents or vet reports?

From your pet's profile, go to Medical Records and tap "Upload". We support PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 20MB per document.

How does pet insurance comparison work?

Our compare tool walks you through a short set of questions about your pet, then matches you with plans from South African insurers. You can filter, sort, and compare them side by side, no calls, no obligations.

Does Petsly sell insurance directly?

No. Petsly is an independent comparison platform. We show you plans from insurers and help you save your quote, but the policy is between you and the insurer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your profile, select Subscription, and choose Cancel plan. Your access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.
